Which came first ? The Chicken or the Egg

Which came first ? The Chicken or the Egg

People say , " This question has no solution" but "No"

It has a solution. The answer depends on the way the question is  put forth.

But First we need to understand the Theory of Charles Darwin

 Darwin's Theory of Evolution:

Darwin's Theory of Evolution is the widely held notion that all life is related and has descended from a common ancestor: the birds and the bananas, the fishes and the flowers -- all related. Darwin's general theory presumes the development of life from non-life and stresses a purely naturalistic (undirected) "descent with modification". That is, complex creatures evolve from more simplistic ancestors naturally over time. In a nutshell, as random genetic mutations occur within an organism's genetic code, the beneficial mutations are preserved because they aid survival -- a process known as "natural selection." These beneficial mutations are passed on to the next generation. Over time, beneficial mutations accumulate and the result is an entirely different organism (not just a variation of the original, but an entirely different creature).

Look at these ,

I guess, the Theory of Evolution is clear.

Applying the theory, I put the question in three ways

 1. The Chicken or the Chicken Egg
 2. The Chicken or the Egg
 3. Egg laying bird or the Egg

 Explanation  :

Case 1 : Chicken or the Chicken Egg

From the above pictures, it is clear that the Chicken evolved from the Red Junglefowl ( Gallus  Gallus ).

So the answer is " The Chicken

Case 2 : Chicken or the Egg

From the egg laid by Red Junglefowl, the chicken hatched out.

So the answer is " Egg "

Case 3 : Egg laying bird or the Egg

Initial organism that lived , several thousand years ago should have developed the capacity to lay eggs  in order to reproduce and to prevent the extinction of the species.

So the answer is " Egg laying bird "

There are scientific evidences for the above results

In simple terms , not all the organisms of a species have the capacity to evolve. Only a few organisms posess the ability to evolve. Evolution is a slow and steady process that occurs due to various factors such as Genetic Mutation , Genetic Drift and so on.......
